Aksyon (lit. Action), whose weekday edition is also known as Aksyon Prime, is the flagship news program broadcast by TV5 in the Philippines. It is currently anchored by Cheryl Cosim and Erwin Tulfo, with special segments hosted by Shawn Yao, and Lourd de Veyra on weekdays, while its weekend edition is anchored by Atty. Mike Templo, Maricel Halili, and Jove Francisco. The program is broadcast Weeknights at 5:45 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (PST), Saturdays at 11:15 p.m. to 11:45 p.m. and Sundays at 11:00 to 11:30 p.m. (PST) except for some News5 special programs like News5 Debates and Dokyu5, airs on Sunday. The newscast is simulcasted on AksyonTV and on radio thru 92.3 News FM in Mega Manila.
